| How do you ship your jewelry? |

I ship either USPS ( post office) or Fed Ex. Most items on the web site ship within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise posted) During the holiday season, I ship every day. Fed Ex overnight is usually shipped the next business day. |

| Do you tumble, polish or alter your sea glass? |

Yes I do. I have two types of glass in my jewelry, Genuine Sea Glass (natural sea glass) and my trademarked Fanta Sea Glass TM . Genuine Sea Glass is totally natural and unaltered. Fanta Sea Glass TM is made from large or rough pieces of sea glass or vintage glass bottles or jars.
Fanta Sea Glass provides some of the rarest colors of sea glass at an affordable cost. I ALWAYS label tumbled glass as Fanta Sea Glass TM if it has been altered in any way. If I mark a piece of glass Genuine Sea Glass (a term coined by me and used widely in the industry now) It has not been altered in any way and appears in the jewelry just the way it was found on the beach.

| Where does your sea glass come from? |

I collect a lot of my glass where I lived on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for 20 years but acquire glass from around the world so that I can provide sea glass lovers with the rarest colors available.
Some areas include but are not limited to California, Puerto Rico, Nova Scotia and Maine and recently England.

I accept returns for refund within 30 days of the date shipped and exchange for 60 days. Shipping charges are not refundable for returns or size adjustments.

By The Sea guarantees all it's work and will promptly repair any items that arrives damaged or broken at no charge for 60 days. All details will be on the back of your receipt.

No, not a retail catalog. My web site is my catalog. Each piece I offer online is one of a kind and printing a catalog would be impossible.
