Return & Repair Policy

Since we area small business, I have had to set limitation on returns and exchanges. All orders are guaranteed for workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase (glass breakage ,normal wear and tear, glass loss -  after 60 days- and cleaning not included). Orders can be returned for Exchange or Refund for 30 days.

Holiday Exclusion - Holiday orders purchased between 11/15 and 12/25 can be returned or exchanged until 1/25/08, Please still email for RMA!

RETURN PROCEDURES

  1. Call or email for an RMA (return merchandise authorization)
  2. Pack jewelry in secure packaging and include any gift boxes originally sent with order. DO NOT TAPE boxes. If packaging is received in an un-reusable state, a $5 to $10 fee may be charged.
  3. Include a COPY of invoice or packing slip and reason for return or details of exchange clearly in writing.
  4. Send via USPS (postal system) to By The Sea Jewelry, POB 780997, Sebastian, FL 32978-0997. For your own protection, proper insurance is recommended.

Returns for Exchange- Ready Made Orders are exchangeable for 60 days from the date of shipping. Return postage for an exchange is not included and will be charged to the original invoiced credit card number unless otherwise specified.

Returns for Refund - Credit Card Orders - Full Refund within 30 days of shipping date of jewelry - Refund of sales price (less shipping charges) to be applied to original credit card. There is a %10 restocking charge for multiple item returns totaling over $100) Holiday Exclusion Applies from 11/15 to 12/25 on all Gift Orders.

Custom made jewelry - Or jewelry altered to order specifications is not returnable but is exchangeable for 30 days and will be repaired at no charge if needed.

Gift Returns/Exchanges - I will be more than happy to create a custom piece if you have ordered a Ready To Wear piece of jewelry as gift and are unsatisfied with the color, size, metal or style used. All other policies apply. Price differences are handled on a one on one basis.

Repairs - Repairs due to faulty workmanship will be promptly repaired and returned at no expense for 60 days (glass breakage ,normal wear and tear, sizing and shipping - NOT INCLUDED) All other repairs, resizing and alterations to jewelry are $10 an hour minimum plus shipping and insurance. Please feel free to call or email for an estimate after the 60 day period.

Please Note! All return must be in their original UNDAMAGED packing. After 30 days items cannot be refunded. Please do not send jewelry for refund after 30 days unless purchased during the holiday period described above, I will be happy to replace or repair the piece within that time. Items returned for credit after 30 days will not be shipped back and will not be credited.

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES- You must first get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by phone or email. Items must be postmarked within times indicated above for return or exchange or repair. Items returned after 30 days will not be credited and will only be exchanged. Items must be returned undamaged with the original undamaged packaging and copy of sales receipt. Do not tape boxes as it will damage them for re-use, damaged boxes will result in
a $5-10 depending on the state of the box as a replacement fee.

RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA MAY BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCK FEE.

RETURNS MUST be received within 7 days of RMA issue or we charge 20% restock fee.
